• How do I earn points and how many do I receive?

You will receive £3 for every eligible conveyancing instruction or completion (dependant on your reward set up) achieved from your referrals to Live.

• How do I spend my points?

Points are awarded within 28 days of an instruction or completion being achieved and you will receive notification, as and when your balance increases. Once you have a points value of £10 or more you can pick and choose either a physical or electronic vouchers, in denominations of £5.

• How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will typically arrive within 7 working days, which can vary based on the voucher you order from. Please contact us should your order not arrive within these timescales. With Digital vouchers, please ensure you check your junk and spam folders before reporting an issue with receipt.
